Bill’s Restaurants Ltd (“
Bill’s”, "

our") is offering a chance to win one of five £100 gift cards redeemable at any of our UK restaurants (excluding our Newbury restaurant) (the "
Prize") by completing our preference survey available exclusively through our Newsletter (as defined below) (the "
Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you are you are accepting these terms and conditions (“
Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
Eligibility - The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over.
- Bill’s employees, suppliers or contractors (or the immediate family members of such persons) are not eligible to win the Prize.
- In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require proof that you are able to enter the Promotion.
- Only one entry per entrant is permitted. Multiple submissions of the preference survey from the same person will not result in additional entries for the Promotion.
- We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
How to enter - This Promotion runs from Tuesday 26 March 2024 from 00:01 (the "Opening Date") and ends on Sunday 21 April 2024 at 23:59 (the "Closing Date"). All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- To enter the Promotion:
- Entrants must have opted in to receive the Bill's email newsletter via our website at: https://bills-website.co.uk/newsletter/ (the "Newsletter").
- Entrants must complete the preference survey available via our Newsletter in full. Any entrants who complete the preference survey in full will be automatically entered into the Promotion.
- There is no payment required to enter the Promotion.
- Bill's will not accept responsibility for any Promotion entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or unable to be delivered for any technical or other reason.
Prize - A total of five winners will be drawn. Each entrant will be in with a chance of winning one Prize. Entrants cannot win more than one Prize.
- There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable, nor can it be used as a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.
- The Prize may be used multiple times at any UK Bill's restaurant (excluding our Newbury location) until the value of the Prize has been redeemed (provided the Prize is still valid in accordance with these Terms).
Promotion winners - Five entrants will be selected at random from all of the Promotion entries, within one week of the Closing Date, and in accordance with these Terms. The winners will be drawn at random and the price draw will fully comply with the laws of chance.
- The decision of Bill's is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Bill's will contact the winners via e-mail as soon as reasonably practicable after completion of the prize draw.
- Bill's will attempt to contact each winner up to two times. If a winner does not respond to either of the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the Prize, and Bill's reserves the right to randomly choose and notify a new winner.
- Each Prize must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize.
- Each Prize is valid for 12 months from the date the entrant is sent the Prize via email.
- Please allow five working days for delivery of the Prize.
- The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Bill's does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
Limitation of Liability - Insofar as is permitted by law, Bill's will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Promotion or being selected for a Prize.
Data Protection - By entering this Promotion you are giving Bill's your consent to process any personal information you provide in entering the Promotion solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, and for delivery of a Prize if you are drawn as a winner.
- If you are a winner, you agree to Bill's making public your name if requested to do so.
- In connection with these Terms, Bill's will only process your personal data as set out in our privacy policy, available at: https://bills-website.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Our privacy policy sets out our information practices including how we collect, share and use your personal information. It also sets out rights you have with respect to your own personal information.
General - If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, Bill's may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.
- Bill's reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize or Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- These Terms and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
