Autumn Glories
is a great way to start your day; from a humble bacon or sausage sandwich to a bells-and-whistles super classic great British breakfast. Have you tried our vegetarian breakfast? It’s no surprise that it’s award-winning, as it’s a filling and flavourful mix of poached eggs, grilled tomatoes, humous, guacamole and mushrooms, topped off with sweet chilli sauce. is often a rush, but if you’ve got time for a warming winter bowl of porridge, try our quick recipe. It’ll stoke your fires and keep you going until lunchtime.

Weekends are a different story, time to kick back and turn breakfast into brunch, complete with newspapers, freshly squeezed orange juice and plenty of tea or coffee. The veggie breakfast mentioned above can easily be adapted for home, so see our recipe here for a nod in the direction of the great British fry-up, but with a bit of added glamour.

And, finally, Bill’s breakfasts have been stirring up quite a bit of interest in the press over the past few months. The Guardian recently named us as one of seven great places for breakfast. We were in the top 10 of The Independent's list of the 50 best breakfast recipe spots, the food section on the Channel 4 website featured our vegetarian breakfast and Bill was interviewed in The Telegraph, talking about – yes, you’ve guess it – breakfast!
